Hi Thom,

I have one question that I didn't see addressed in your most recent version of the Advice piece.

Say I know that there is a book I want to review scheduled to be out from OUP in November. What, if anything, can I do now to be in a position to review this for a specific journal that I know publishes reviews on this sort of book?

Note, I already have a long article on which the book is based, so I am able now to analyze previews of some arguments. My question is more logistical: Is there anything I can do by way of contacting the publisher or the journal to get me on their radar screen?
